Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

At Sta-sh Beauty, your satisfaction is important to us. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Our return and refund policy lasts 14 days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, if 14 days have passed since your order was delivered, we can’t offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it, including original packaging.

Non-Returnable & Exempt Items

For health and hygiene reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including but not limited to:

  • Opened or used skincare, cosmetics, spa, or wellness products
  • Intimate, sanitary, or personal care items
  • Gift cards or promotional vouchers
  • Digital/downloadable products (e.g., online training materials)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

We kindly ask that you do not return any item without first contacting us for approval and return instructions.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted in certain situations, such as:

Items returned after the 14-day return period

Books or materials with visible signs of use

Items returned with missing parts or damage not due to our error

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to confirm receipt.
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within a reasonable timeframe.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Double-check your bank or credit card account.
  2. Contact your card provider—processing times can vary.
  3. If still unresolved, contact your bank for assistance.

If you’ve completed these steps and have not received your refund, please email us at contact@sta-shbeauty.com for further support.

Sale & Promotional Items

Only regular-priced products are eligible for refunds.
Sale items, promotional offers, and clearance products are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped.
If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at contact@sta-shbeauty.com and send it to our return address once approved.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to present to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will find out about your return.

Return Shipping

To return your product, please ship it to one of our designated locations:

  • Sta-sh Beauty Ltd (Jamaica) — Kingston, Jamaica (Call or WhatsApp us before to confirm your desired returns.)
  • Sta-sh Beauty LLC (USA) — Florida, United States (Call or WhatsApp us before to confirm your desired returns.)

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. These are non-refundable.
If your return is approved for a refund, the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Sta-sh Beauty is not responsible for lost or undelivered return packages.
